James L. Venable's debut electronica CD is an original collection, in the spirit of Groove Armada and The Art of Noise, that incorporates organic elements with pulsating beats, whimsical headbanging, and a touch of the 80's. Best known for his scores for the Powerpuff Girls, Samurai Jack, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back and other Film and TV work, Jim received hundreds of e-mails requesting his animation music. For those fans, this CD includes 3 bonus tracks: the two Powerpuff Demos that got him the show, as well as the score for the original 2 minute Samurai Jack test animation.
